Korda - Wide Gape XX Hooks
The Wide Gape XX is two wire gauges higher than the standard Wide Gape and has been designed, developed and tested for use in the most demanding of fishing situations in the world! All of the dimensions that have made the Wide Gape a classic pattern are mirrored exactly in the XX version, so you know that these hooks are proven, as well as super-strong.
Korda - Wide Gape Hooks
The Wide Gape hook has become a true design classic, and has accounted for more big carp than any other pattern. It was based on the cult Maruta Kinryu pattern that found favour with the likes of Terry Hearn in the 1990s. The five-degree in-turned eye, short shank, heavily forged bend and beaked point combine to give anglers a hooked-to-landed ratio far in excess of anything else that's achievable. It can be used for pop-up and bottom-bait presentations and is the hook to opt for when fishing for the very biggest and trickiest carp around.
Korda - Tournament Casting Swivel Leads
This lead was originally called the Distance Casting and was superseded several years ago when long-distance caster Alan Partridge convinced me his distance shape cast further, which it did. I actually outcast my own lead with his shape, this is the more Arseley Bomb shaped design we still sell today. So, the old 'Zipp' style lead fell out of our range for several years until I spent more and more time fishing with Frank Warwick.

Korda's Super-Fine Baiting needle have been designed to cause the absolute minimum damage to delicate hook baits when hair rigging. This is possible thanks to the fine, stainless steel needle, which has a recessed barb and tapered point.
