The X-Safe elastics have been designed to eliminate hook pulls during the final throes of a fight. The cushioning effect WILL translate into more fish on the bank for you, especially as netting is when most fish are lost. The system was developed by Alex Bones to ensure that fish can get rid of the feeder should your line break above the feeder. Spare X-Safe elastics will fit both the Pellet Feeder and Method Feeder and are available in packs of two.
In order to make the best, most consistent method balls that fly further and truer, the feeder has to be loaded perfectly. The method mould offers the best way of achieving this. That’s why the Guru team wasted no time in releasing the X-Press Method Mould. These clever devices make moulding pellets or groundbait around our X-Safe or Inline feeders child’s play. The clever, non-stick inner, coupled with the flexible construction, will ensure that perfectly formed feeders full of bait drop out into the palm each and every time. Once you’ve used the X-Press mould, you simply won’t want to use another version.
The Method Feeder Clip simply clips onto the hookbait plate of any of the Method feeders in the Guru range, with different sizes designed to match the feeders – the large will fit the 28g and 45g feeders.
With the birth of the recent Hybrid feeder, which is made using a new type of material where the weight is in the body of the feeder, rather than being a separate weight, it made it possible to produce a feeder with the correct weight to make it efficient and useable in most fishing situations.
One cast with a Guru Method Feeder and you’ll understand why it’s shaped like it is. The team made long, stable casting a real priority and the weight-forward design really delivers this. These feeders cut across testing crosswinds, like a dart, allowing you to consistently hit the spot, effortlessly building your swim. The colour of the frame is anything but an afterthought. Steve drew upon what he knows of the underwater environment to choose a colour that melts inconspicuously into most lake bed types.

The Guru Pellet Feeder is a subtle tool that has a couple of key advantages over standard method feeders. First of all, the hook bait is placed inside the feeder, which effectively shields it, the hook link and the free bait on the cast. This makes the Pellet Feeder THE feeder of choice for fishing right in among reeds or sedges, where clipping the foliage is almost essential to get a bite.

Equipped with a handy micro barb, these are simply superb at targeting silverfish all year round! Over the last couple of years Silverfish fishing in the UK has grown in popularity. With massive weights of silvers keeping anglers busy over the colder months and even into the warmer months too it was essential to come up with a pattern to compete with throughout the year on natural venues. They have been lucky enough to have many different sponsored anglers who fish a lot on wild and natural venues. They were all very keen to add their thought and theories within the process of making these to ensure their success and have certainly completed their task. 10 Per Pack
One method of landing massive weights in the warmer months is to fish up in the water! They're usually easier to catch here however there is the odd occasion when they're a little bit wary and can be difficult to catch. This is why they have created these. It has a thinned gauged wire than the popular SLWG, so when the F1's are a little harder to catch this thinner wire hook should be the difference between catching a few and missing a few.
The original LWG established itself as an astonishingly popular pattern. We have now introduced a premium version of this – the Super LWG! Featuring a round bend and wide gape with an inturned point, the Super LWG is PTFE coated to ensure the hook remains strong, durable and discrete in appearance. A single hook has proved to last throughout intense bagging sessions. The ‘Wasabi’ point stays razor sharp to give you maximum hooking capability at all times. Available in both eyed and spade patterns, the hooks are perfect for presenting all kinds of baits, from maggots, casters and worms, to meat, corn and pellets. The eyed versions are superb for hair rigging a band when using hard pellets, or for holding a Speed Stop to present hair-rigged baits.

These are designed to be super strong while having a relatively thin diameter wire. The oversized spade makes tying the Kaizen very easy, and means you can use strong line without worry of knots slipping over the spade. Our PTFE coating helps the hooks remain super sharp and durable, and gives it a discrete finish. An extra-wide gape ensures a firm hook hold and allows you to cleanly present a variety of baits on the hook while leaving plenty of point showing for clean and effective hooking capability on the strike. An incredibly strong all-round hook, ideal for commercial work with a wide range of baits. The shape and strength means these hooks are especially suited to using baits like corn and meat when fishing the short pole for carp and F1s.
The F1 Pellet hook has been designed for targeting F1 carp, a fish found in many commercial fisheries. They’re strong, yet relatively fine in the wire, which makes them able to land even quite large carp on the pole. They feature a beaked point for extra-secure hook holds and an oversized spade, which allows them to be used with thicker line, for robust bagging situations. They have been finished with a special anti-glare PTFE finish that does not impede the sharpness of the hook. The F1 Pellet family includes sizes 14, 16, 18, 20 and 22.
The F1 Maggot is PTFE coated which results in a smoother surface, aiding penetration and preventing rusting during rig storage between sessions, as well as reducing ‘glare’ as the finish is duller.
