Guru - Mini Method Feeder
One cast with a Guru Method Feeder and you’ll understand why it’s shaped like it is. The team made long, stable casting a real priority and the weight-forward design really delivers this. These feeders cut across testing crosswinds, like a dart, allowing you to consistently hit the spot, effortlessly building your swim. The colour of the frame is anything but an afterthought. Steve drew upon what he knows of the underwater environment to choose a colour that melts inconspicuously into most lake bed types.
Guru - Super MWG Hooks
The Guru Super MWGs feature a PTFE coating, which gives it a duller finish, as well as making the surface smoother to aid penetration and the hook last longer.
Guru - F1 Maggot Hooks
The F1 Maggot is PTFE coated which results in a smoother surface, aiding penetration and preventing rusting during rig storage between sessions, as well as reducing ‘glare’ as the finish is duller.
Guru - F1 Pellet Hooks
The F1 Pellet hook has been designed for targeting F1 carp, a fish found in many commercial fisheries. They’re strong, yet relatively fine in the wire, which makes them able to land even quite large carp on the pole. They feature a beaked point for extra-secure hook holds and an oversized spade, which allows them to be used with thicker line, for robust bagging situations. They have been finished with a special anti-glare PTFE finish that does not impede the sharpness of the hook. The F1 Pellet family includes sizes 14, 16, 18, 20 and 22.
Guru - Kaizen Hooks
These are designed to be super strong while having a relatively thin diameter wire. The oversized spade makes tying the Kaizen very easy, and means you can use strong line without worry of knots slipping over the spade. Our PTFE coating helps the hooks remain super sharp and durable, and gives it a discrete finish. An extra-wide gape ensures a firm hook hold and allows you to cleanly present a variety of baits on the hook while leaving plenty of point showing for clean and effective hooking capability on the strike. An incredibly strong all-round hook, ideal for commercial work with a wide range of baits. The shape and strength means these hooks are especially suited to using baits like corn and meat when fishing the short pole for carp and F1s.
Guru - Super LWG Hooks
The original LWG established itself as an astonishingly popular pattern. We have now introduced a premium version of this – the Super LWG! Featuring a round bend and wide gape with an inturned point, the Super LWG is PTFE coated to ensure the hook remains strong, durable and discrete in appearance. A single hook has proved to last throughout intense bagging sessions. The ‘Wasabi’ point stays razor sharp to give you maximum hooking capability at all times. Available in both eyed and spade patterns, the hooks are perfect for presenting all kinds of baits, from maggots, casters and worms, to meat, corn and pellets. The eyed versions are superb for hair rigging a band when using hard pellets, or for holding a Speed Stop to present hair-rigged baits.
