As anglers we must all look after our catch, and recognise that the fish in our venues are a valuable asset that must be treated with the utmost respect whilst on the bank. With this in mind, Gardner have implemented some key improvements to our hugely successful Safety Sling Unhooking Mat design to offer the highest level of protection for the fish in our care.
Gardner - Asylum Mat
The large removable mattress is filled with soft 50mm foam and fits snugly into the base of the cradle. This essentially offers the highest level of protection/cushioning possible, whilst the 25cm high sides keeps the fish safely in the confines of the unhooking mat.

Camflex Leadfree is woven from dense 100% heavy PTFE fibres that mean that the leaders are soft and supple and offer outstanding sinking and abrasion properties. 45lb Leadfree Leaders are available in Weedy Green and Muddy Silt.

Gardner - Zig Link
The unique copolymer formula used in the manufacture of Zig Link gives uncompromising performance in knot strength and shock resistance and was developed to give a reduced glare finish. Gardner Stripper Tool
This handy gadget doubles as a skinned hooklink stripper and knot puller. It easily removes the outer coating of the Gardner ‘Skins’ range (and all other coated hooklinks). Strips coated braids without damaging the inner braid. No more need to use your teeth! The strong moulded knot puller allows you to fully tighten down loop knots. Ergonomic design is comfortable to use.
