These new Tungsten Line Guard Beads are designed for anglers to use directly onto naked main line. They can be fixed up the line for use with Naked Chod Rigs, and will slide down to the Heli Buffer Sleeve that sits over your lead once a fish is hooked. They have a handy tapered side that your swivel will sit on during the fight to ensure your naked line is not damaged when playing hard-fighting carp. The Line Guards can also be used on traditional helicopter style set-ups too and have been designed to sit neatly on top of the Edges Heli Buffer Sleeve. The tungsten content in each bead helps to pin them to the lakebed. There are 8 Tungsten Line Guard Beads per packet each supplied on a wire loop.
These Hook Stops are designed to be positioned on the hook shank to control the movement of hookbaits when that are mounted on a sliding rig ring or swivel. Bell shaped stops with preformed central bore for ease of mounting on your chosen hook. Mount with tapered end nearest the hook point. They are made from a tough, flexible compound enabling them to be fitted securely on barbed or barbless hooks. Anti-tear, rubberised material will not rip when pushed carefully over barbs. These Hook Stops grip the hook shank without need for glued to maintain their position. Works perfectly with most sizes of Rig Rings, Hook Swivels (size 20 or equivalent) and Flexi Bait Screws. Suitable for incorporating in all sliding hookbait anti eject rigs. Mount with tapered end nearest the hook point.
A small bead that’s profiled to house a size 8 swivel. Great as a stop for traditional run rigs or when pushed onto the swivel of a lead as part of a helicopter set-up. Available in green, brown and tungsten. Supplied in packs of 10.
A two-part bead that your naked chod rig sits on, preventing any chance of your line getting cut off on the rig swivel during the fight.
Available in two sizes to cover all eventualities and rig applications these green oval beads have a bore hole narrow enough to hold onto leadcore without slipping on the cast.
For use on a helicopter set up the bead has a piece of silicone in the centre that pulls free if the silicone becomes under pressure. It allows the rig to slide off the lead core in case of a crack off or cut off.
