The Basix range has been designed to cater for carp anglers on a budget, with the emphasis being on providing high quality products, which will catch fish, but at a price that anyone can afford.
Distance sticks are pretty much an essential tackle item for the modern carp angler, allowing you to find a spot and clip up to the required distance easily and accurately, ensuring that you can recast to the exact same spot repeatedly with your fishing and spod rods. Keeping a record of how many 'wraps' it is to your spots will also mean should they be productive, you are able to fish them on future sessions without having to cast repeatedly to find them again.
The Basix distance sticks have a stainless steel point to allow them to be easily pushed or screwed into the ground, a T-bar is also supplied to ensure you can always get them in should you be fishing on rougher terrain. They also come with a 12ft green cord to ensure that they are exactly the same distance apart every time.
They are made from a stylish grey anodized aluminum with bright green caps for increased visibility, which is very useful in low light or when using a headtorch at night. The caps can be unscrewed so that the T-bar can be stored inside to ensure it is not lost when not in use.
